Their memorandum of understanding also aims to boost their countries’ medical tourism.
Narayana Health brings contact centre to cloud
Bangalore-based private hospital group Narayana Health has transitioned its contact centre to the cloud as part of its digitalisation.
Based on a media release, the group adopted a cloud solution by Genesys to consolidate its previous contact centre systems and handle over 50,000 client calls daily.
The group, which caters to over four million patients yearly, required a solution to “effectively manage a network of diverse partners operating on disparate systems.”
Turning to a cloud platform has provided them with a unified view of all customer interactions and saw handle times reduced significantly by 15% on average. The platform, which features comprehensive analytics, predictive routing, and reporting tools, provided insights into patient interactions and operational performance.
Narayana Health is now considering implementing a chatbot that facilitates connection between patients and care coordinators for more complex queries.
