USDA releases list of some of the schools that received chicken that has been recalled

The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has put together a preliminary list of schools that received meat and chicken products that have been recalled because of Listeria contamination. The ready-to-eat products are part of an 11 million pound recall by BrucePac initiated after USDA testing confirmed that finished product was contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
